Pre/ Post Conference Rate:     $189 per room/night (single/double occupancy)

Includes:                         The Kingbridge Centre is pleased to offer a Prior and Post Conference guestroom only rate for those guests electing to arrive early or extend their stay beyond the contracted group block. The following rates are subject to availability and all applicable provincial and federal taxes. (5% Room Tax & 6% GST). Note:  Room only rate, all meals consumed are surcharged accordingly.

(15% service charge, 5% PST, 6% GST, 10% PST on alcoholic beverages)

 

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

 Guestrooms are subject to availability at time of call. Individuals wanting to stay overnight will call The Kingbridge Centre directly by telephone at 905-833-3086 (or toll free at 1-800-827-7221) to make individual guestroom reservations guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club Card. When calling, individuals should mention the name of the group “Enterprise Value Networks” to obtain the contracted rates. the individual will be responsible for any cancellations or no shows on this account. Cancellation policy is 100% payment within 30 days prior to group arrival.

 All reservations will be held until 6:00 PM on the date of arrival, unless guaranteed for late arrival by a valid major credit card.  Check in time is 4:00 PM.  Room assignment prior to this is subject to availability. Check out time is 1:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate any late check out request at a nominal charge.  The Kingbridge Centre offers complimentary luggage self-storage for your convenience.
